At a time in the life of FBC when there was turmoil and conflict, we needed Godly guidance. The IIM process helped our church recognize, address and reconcile the issues that we were experiencing at this difficult time. Without healing these existing divisions, it would have been difficult to have unity, and the Intentional Interim pastor and the Transition Team provided FBC with the tools to extend grace and compassion. The Transition Team worked through 5 focal points to figure out who we were, who God wanted us to be, and how we were going to get there. This was a very healthy and rewarding process and, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, allowed the church to take ownership of its destiny.
