After having gone through multiple changes in staff over the years, the intentional interim time was exactly what our church needed. We desperately needed to take the time as a church to review our history and repent before moving forward. The process of having the entire congregation give input into the church history, current concerns, and transition and restructuring plan was a time of healing and unity building for our body. God has used this process to His glory, and we have seen fruit as He continues to move in our congregation to disciple us to know Jesus Christ and to make Him known.
