The Intentional Interim Ministry has had a great impact on our church . It returned our church’s focus to the matters that were important for us to thrive. A church has to show and teach God’s love, and the Intentional Interim Ministry teaches the methodology to stay focused to reach out to remind its members to become a unified body. It gave us a mirror to do the introspection, and gave us the tools to change hearts to seek God’s plan for our church. I pray that for any church that feels they are in distress. The Intentional Interim process has the methods and principles that will help you. The Intentional Interim Pastor has the heart to love a church, and to grow God’s kingdom through the church.
