Dr. Charles “Rusty” Walton retired from a successful pastorate at First Baptist Church, Conroe, Texas. But he was just getting warmed up! Since then, he’s used the Intentional Interim Ministry process to start a new church and to help two interim churches. Dr. Walton , also proudly serves as a chaplain with the Conroe Police Department. We are blessed to count Rusty Walton as one of our Advanced Certified IIM Pastors!
