December of 2011 our Pastor resigned we then contacted BGCT and asked for help and guidance. BGCT met with our transitional team and we discussed our options. One option: immediately start a search committee looking for another pastor, hire an Interim Pastor or hire an experience and qualified Intentional Interim Pastor which has gone through BGCT training. We selected the Intentional Interim route and it has proven to be the right choice for us. We are grateful to BGCT and the Intentional Interim Ministry.
